HLT33021 Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance
Develop the knowledge and skills required to support patient programs and activities in the Assisted Reproductive Technologies industry.
HLT33021 Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance is a vocational qualification designed to provide individuals with the skills and knowledge required to assist allied health professionals in various healthcare settings. Allied health encompasses a wide range of professions that work alongside doctors and nurses to deliver holistic patient care.
The curriculum for this course covers essential areas such as communication, working with diverse populations, interpreting basic medical terminology, and assisting with allied health programs. The Curriculum is contextualised to the Assisted Reproductive Technologies Industry, ensuring relevance and applicability. This nationally recognised qualification prepares individuals for entry-level positions alongside allied health professionals, enabling them to contribute effectively to the healthcare team.

HLTAID011 Deliver First Aid
Develop the skills and knowledge required to recognise and respond to life-threatening emergencies and provide a first aid response to a casualty in a range of situations.
HLTAID011 Deliver First Aid provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to respond to a casualty, apply appropriate first aid procedures, communicate incident details, and review the incident. It aligns with the guidelines of the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) and other national peak clinical bodies.
During this course you will learn to:
- Respond to an emergency situation
- Apply appropriate first aid procedures, including performing CPR in accordance with ARC guidelines
- Communicate details of the incident
- Review incidents and recognise potential impacts on self and others
